MEET THE TEAM
Behind CBNC In-Action is a passionate team committed to serving the community and making a meaningful difference. United by a shared purpose and a love for giving back, our diverse team combines different experiences, perspectives, and strengths to support our mission of uplifting youth and empowering families. Every member plays a vital role in planning, organizing, and carrying out initiatives that provide resources, create opportunities, and foster connections within the communities we serve.
We’re more than just a team; we are a collective of leaders, mentors, and advocates who believe in showing up, giving back, and building something greater than ourselves. As CBNC In-Action continues to grow, so does our dedication to making a lasting impact—together. The true heart of CBNC In-Action lies in the wonderful people who bring it to life, all committed to making a difference and leaving a lasting impact wherever they go.
Blime Macias
Blime Macias is the Founder and CEO of CBNC, born and raised in Spring Valley, San Diego. As a first-generation Mexican in a single-parent household, she faced life's challenges with incredible resilience. From a young age, she learned how to navigate life’s obstacles, adversity, and opportunities without much guidance. Determined to create a different path for herself, she became the first in her family to earn a college degree through athletics. Later, she achieved her master’s degree while raising her children and continued building a life rooted in resilience, growth, and purpose. Her journey has shaped her into the compassionate leader she is today—learning to become her own mentor, advocate, and ultimately, her own hero. Now, she leads with intention and compassion, committed to showing others that their past does not define them and that with the right mindset, support, and determination, they can achieve anything.
Cory Littleton
Cory Littleton, Co-Founder of CBNC In-Action, combines vision, creativity, and a strong commitment to giving back. Growing up in San Diego, his journey from humble beginnings to an eight-season NFL career fuels his passion for creating opportunities for others. What began as a holiday giving project through merchandise sales has expanded into a nonprofit serving several communities. Cory is the driving force behind the organization’s youth football camps and contributes to event planning, creative direction, and leadership development.

Jazzelyn earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and went on to complete her master’s in School Counseling at USC, a journey she once never imagined possible. Inspired by CBNC In-Action’s empowering message to “be your own hero,” she became passionate about inspiring others to rise beyond their circumstances and step into their full potential. Deeply valuing family, she takes pride in practicing self-care, loyalty, and staying true to herself. Through her work and community involvement, Jazzelyn is committed to uplifting those around her and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and capable of achieving what they set their minds to.
