CBNC In-Action was founded from a place of gratitude, purpose, and a genuine desire to give back.  Beginning in 2019 as a personal effort to support the community, it has grown into a dynamic nonprofit dedicated to uplifting youth and empowering families.  Inspired by a journey shaped by hard work, opportunity, and blessings, CBNC In-Action was created to help others access the support, exposure, and opportunities they need to succeed.

In 2023, CBNC In-Action officially became a 501c3, expanding its reach across San Diego, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, with a vision to continue growing and serving wherever there is a need.

Through meaningful community events, helpful resources, and transformative experiences, CBNC In-Action creates a welcoming space where youth find inspiration, families receive support, and communities come together.  From free youth football camps and educational workshops to college and career guidance, speaking engagements, and community-based events, every effort aims to build confidence, nurture leadership, and open doors for the next generation.

At its core, the organization is committed to providing both access and enriching experiences. Through milestone sponsorships, holiday giving initiatives, and resource-rich events, CBNC In-Action ensures youth and families can enjoy important life moments with dignity and confidence, breaking down barriers that often stand in the way.

As the organization continues to grow, so does its positive impact—driven by a passionate team, strong community partnerships, and a shared vision for lasting generational change.  CBNC In-Action is more than a nonprofit. It's a movement founded on purpose, connection, and the strong belief that supporting communities gives everyone an opportunity to rise.
